In 2024, this major FRP state-owned manufacturer produced a batch of large FRP chemical storage tanks for a well-known domestic paper company, using INEOS 411-350 epoxy vinyl ester resin as the matrix resin. During the early production phase, minor white spotting occurred due to poor compatibility between our unidirectional fabric and the resin in terms of wet-out performance. We promptly adjusted the glass fiber formulation of our unidirectional fabric to achieve optimal wet-out matching with this specific resin. The revised fabric delivers excellent resin impregnation, enabling the finished end products to meet superior performance standards, earning high recognition and positive feedback from our client.
